Finding who you are can mean alot of different things but for me it means to know what truly makes you happy without the influnce of others. 2018 has been the year of discovering passion, healing, unlocking new ideas and just finding out what works best for me and only me. For a long time I did'nt know myself because I was always so worried about making sure others needs were being taking care of so I made it my number one goal to focuse on me and I challange you to do the same, were going into 2019 so what perfect way to start.
I think its so important to become self aware and making sure that you can make your own self happy and to take the best care of you ( mentally and physcially ) and this is what I challange you to do.
For one week write down everything that has made you happy in each day
take the time to write down everything that has pissed you off each day
Spend atleast an hour with yourself without your phone , computer or tv each day ( that doesn't mean sleep but to read , mediate , cry if you need to or write out your feelings )
Find a motivitional speaker to listen to just to help you spark a thought because sometimes we need that extra push
thinking about the way you make decisions and change them up.
