SPEAKING ON HEALTH & WELLNESS

Health and wellness is important to me and I do my best to stay on the right track when it comes to my physical , mental and even emotional health but I'm far from perfect and I do sometimes allow things to hinder me; even when I try my best to steer away. .
Towards the end of 2017 is when I started my self develop and began by removing anything and anyone who would distract me from focusing on me and my well-being.
In this new year of 2019 I've been practing mediating and honestly it has helped with stress, sleep, anxiety and so much more ( I explain a little more in my morning routine blog post - click to read ) I want everyone to develop ways to take care of their health and figure out what works best for them. My mental health was something I struggled alot with during high school mainly because I had no drive or motiviation to finding who I was, I was in a toxic relationship and I constantly felt like everyone else's happiness should of been placed before my own. As I entered my twenty's I started to realize what was happening but not only that, I knew deep down what I wanted to do about it.
my steps to self-caring were and still are more than just making sure I did a facemask and visit my doctors every so often but It's me understanding what my mind and soul actually needed.
