Welcome to Danitashari.com where we talk about everything lifestyle & design. I wanted to take some time out today to reach out and share some words of encouragement for this weeks blog post. I hope this blog post helps with whatever you're going through and maybe share it with someone who needs a little encouragemnt as well.
First, If your new to my blog welcome; Again! Part of my mission is to help encourage not only women but everyone to be more mindful and aware of themselves. I am currently on a self-awareness journery and for me reading or listening to encouraging material helps me feel more full.
To my readers.
I want you to understand that your current struggles DO NOT define who you are.
You are mentally stronger then any mishaps, and those trail and tribulations are test to build your character. When it comes to our mental health, we are; our biggest threat because of the overthinking & worriness we put upon ourselves; but if you keep quoting that " I am stronge, I am enough " It can help you by pass certain situations.
I am one who is open about the struggles of my anxiety and depression. So, I know that these things can effect us drastically. But when taking steps to better the mental state of our mind, it can help make all the difference in the days to come.
I encourage you to find a quite place this weekend and write down your emotions, your fears, and your accomplishments. Figure out what it is that makes you so upset, what hurts you, what makes you so happy. Dig deep! Take some time to really understand who you are without someone else telling you. You have the power & always remember that.
