A Good Night Time Routine

The benifits of a good night time routine can have an impact on your day to day. Resting your body is key to getting through a full day.

After a long day I find pouring into myself not only benifits my body, It also sparks something within. From the simplist actions; taking a shower with all my favorite products, full skincare routine and even putting on a comfortable pajama set. Its literally a palcebo effect.


As a fragrance curator i have learned the different effects that fragrances can play in our moods and emotions. This is why indiviulas burn candles at night to wind down. There are many different things you can do to have a good night time routine, but the key is for it to feel relaxing.

NIGHT TIME ROUTINE CHECK LIST


  • Shower/Bath

  • Set yourself a bed time

  • Put your phone on DND

  • Gratitude journaling or regular journaling

  • Read

  • Meditation or pray

  • Hydrate
